FESTIVAL OF PROCESS ORIENTED PSYCHOLOGY
The festival POP Creations has been organized for 13 years by the Institute of Process Psychology. Its purpose is to popularize the philosophy of Process Oriented Psychology. During the festival week, the wide range of free therapeutic workshops and consultations will give you the opportunity to learn more about this method. This week offers you new inspirations, interesting meetings, combining deep reflection with fun. Every year a new programme is created. Current programme is available on the festival website.

Some people say that life is an art of choices. In the ocean of various possibilities that surround us, everyday life, in its simplest essence, comes down to what I choose and invite every day. What I enter and what I observe. Sometimes it is a choice in a specific matter, and sometimes it is a life attitude.
It also happens that there is pressure to get involved and standing aside is criticized. It also happens that observation and distance are considered wise and necessary. Each situation is unique and gives a chance to make a new choice. It is this freedom of choice that seems to be crucial ...
POP, or Process Oriented Psychology, invites you to both attitudes. It encourages us to move smoothly between observation and experience, which allows us to discover what wisdom this experience brings to us.
You can choose your dream, relational difficulty, physical symptom, or life challenge, and then consciously immerse yourself in the experience and find its meaning.
POP Kreacje is the Process Psychology Festival, where we offer workshops, consultations and group processes. Here you can learn about our method, experience and observe, as well as discover the meaning of what is happening to you and the direction of changes in your life.

Do you have interesting dreams, are you interested in experiences from your body, do you create, have complicated relationships that you want to take a closer look at, or maybe you focus on your professional career? You can explore these and other topics by taking part in development workshops, lectures, psychotherapeutic, coaching and mediation consultations taking place as part of the 9th nationwide festival POP Kreacje.
The event is organized annually by the Institute of Process Psychology. The festival starts on September 26, 2015 and ends on October 4. During the 9 days of the festival, you can take part in over 200 events, taking place in 25 cities in Poland and France. All meetings are free of charge.
Process Psychology (POP) is an increasingly popular psychotherapeutic and coaching field in Poland. POP offers useful and proven ways to deal with a wide range of problems and symptoms. The authors of the method refer to the thoughts of Carl Gustaw Jung, philosophical Taoism, information theory and various concepts developed by modern natural sciences.
- In our school there are people with extraordinary potential and many talents. We want to share our experience and knowledge with everyone, says Michał Duda, POP psychotherapist and co-founder of the Institute of Process Psychology. This year, the festival will include over 200 meetings all over Poland and France. We also invite you to accompanying events, photo and painting exhibitions - adds.
The POP Kreacje festival is a great opportunity to experience this method in practice in its various applications. A lot of people who first encountered the psychology of the process at festivals in recent years work with this method to this day. Over the years, the festival has gathered a group of regulars, an audience for whom participation is simply a pleasure in itself. - For many participants, the POP Kreacje festival is an opportunity to spend an afternoon or evening in an interesting way and learn something new about themselves. These people are eager to come back every year, with each edition there are more and more of them - emphasizes Michał Duda.
