WHAT DOES A PROCESS WORK PSYCHOTHERAPY SESSION LOOK LIKE?
We start working exactly where you are at the moment. At the beginning of each session you choose an issue or problem you want to work on. It can be something you experience in your life or something that is related to your past, or maybe you need to prepare for the future.
Each session may look different because I am following your needs and your individual process. The entry point is how you experience yourself, your relationships, your world and the problems connected with them. We will follow your experiences and signals that appear during the session and deepen them. You will meet well-known and unknown aspects of yourself. In this way you raise your awareness and understand yourself and the issue better. We make use of your resources and your inner wisdom to find the best solutions for the given moment.
Process psychology offers many creative and effective ways to work with your process. We will choose tools and techniques which will suit you best.
Sometimes we will be more in verbal communication and talk, sometimes we work with visualization or drawings. We can use theatre elements such as role-playing and other creative ways of expression. We can do movement and body work, use music and sounds, stories, fairy tales and dreams. We benefit from a variety of sources such as the wisdom of ancient cultures and the discoveries of modern quantum physics.
In psychotherapy sessions there is room for tears, but also for laughter. Here you can be authentically in contact with yourself.
HOW MUCH DOES A PSYCHOTHERAPY SESSION COST?
„I have learned how to accept and love myself even in difficult times."
INDIVINDUAL THERAPY SESSIONS
Psychotherapy offers you a quality time for yourself, a space for your needs, for self investigation, reflections on relationships, your work and your life. Here you have the opportunity to address problems and experiences that are not always easy to talk about. Together we examine them with respect and acceptance. The therapeutic relationship helps you to be more authentic and encourages you to try out new things. You can discover your strong sides, encounter your inner wisdom and learn new skills, which you can use for the benefit of your relationships and your everyday life. In an atmosphere of trust, you develop self-acceptance, self-esteem and self-love. Contact with yourself and your feelings help you to find your way around in the world and to take the right step at the right time. You will not only find solutions to your problems, but step onto the path of development and change. Therapy is an investment in yourself. It supports change for a better and happier life.
„The meeting of two personalities resembles the contact of two chemicals: if any reaction occurs, they both change.”
Carl Gustav Jung
Sometimes the problem does not only concern you, for example when it comes to conflicts and crises in relationships. In this case it's good to benefit from psychotherapy together.
Relationship sessions are a meeting place for couples, families (e.g. mother or father with a daughter or a son), but also for friends to develop their relationships and grow.
I am open to heterosexual and homosexual couples and to all forms of relationship models such as mono- and polygamous relationships and the so-called "patchwork families".
Relationship sessions support you if you have communication problems, e.g. if repeated accusations and feelings of guilt impede your contact. Working on stiff behavioral patterns can enliven your relationship and release new energy. You can also work on sexual difficulties, problems related to betrayal, such as loss of trust or disappointment. You can also benefit from therapy if you feel lack of energy and have doubts about continuing your relationship.
If you want to work on your relationship myth, you can gain more insight about the mysterious and magical thread that connects you. You can learn how to use the full potential of your relationship.
If you decide to end the relationship, therapy can help you to separate with the least painful breakup.
You do not have to wait until your problems become overwhelming or until constant conflicts destroy your precious relationship. If you look for more vitality and intimacy, more joy and a sense of closeness, you can commit yourself together for a happy and thriving relationship.
One person can do a lot. A group of people can change the world.
WORKING WITH GROUPS
I like to compare self-development groups with a greenhouse. Under the roof of a particular topic, in a safe, friendly and accepting climate, people meet other people, who are interested in personal growth. Groups speed up our insight and function like a fertilizer for our changes. The very fact that people share common interests and can talk about them without judgment and criticism creates a special nourishing ground for an authentic contact.
By opening yourself to others, you may experience that you are not alone with your problems. It is easier to accept yourself and spread your wings in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. While working on various aspects of the topic, you get to know yourself better and raise your awareness. Thanks to the therapist's facilitation and the attention of the group members, you can perceive your restrictive behavior patterns more easily and try out new ways of responding and acting. You can take advantage of the huge potential of diverse group experiences to discover your own uniqueness, strength and potential. You can learn new interpersonal skills for your own good and for the good of your relationships. Being part of a group and at the same time an authentic individual can be an enriching and transforming experience.
I invite you to take part in thematic personal development workshops.

GROUP PROCESS AS A TOOL FOR WORKING WITH GROUPS
"I stopped being afraid of conflicts because I learned to use them consciously."
The group process is a Process Work tool invented by Arnold Mindell, founder of Process Oriented Psychology. It uses awareness and the principles of Deep Democracy for working with small and large companies, organizations, associations, development groups and all groups that want to raise their awareness of a certain topic. Group processes are also organized in public places for everyone, who is interested in social issues and community building.
The dynamic concept of group processes helps people to talk about important matters, to bring in diverse points of view and to express feelings that are often difficult to show in everyday conversations. Conflicts are encouraged and consciously used as a creative force for group development.
The group as a whole and each group member can gain more consciousness about themselves, learn to deal better with troubles and tensions inside the group or outside with other groups.
Participants suggest topics that interest them. By voting, one topic is chosen for further work.
First, we discuss the chosen topic, explore a variety of arguments and look, how they are polarized. We express all arguments that are closer to us, but also try out the less known and conflicting ones. Speaking from roles, not personally, gives us the freedom to express different positions without fear of being criticized or rejected. Trying out different positions is an important part of the group process, because it helps us to learn something about positions that are unconscious or unacceptable for us. In this way, we gain access to a fuller view and understanding of the subject and ourselves. We raise our own consciousness, but we also change social awareness. In this sense, we work for ourselves, for the group and also for a change in the world.

"Dreams are awesome. Contact with them
support my everyday life. "
WHAT CAN YOUR DREAMS TELL YOU
Since ancient times, in many cultures dreams were treated as an important source of information coming from the spiritual dimension. The world of dreams was highly valued and respected as an inseparable part of everyday life.
In our times, where many people mainly focus on tangible and material things, dreams are still a good way to connect with your subconscious deeper nature. Dreams often know something about you that you do not know yet. Whether you have dreams that make a great impression on you, recurrent dreams or nightmares - each of them contains a valuable information for you.
Process Oriented Psychology offers tools for deep and creative work with dreams. During individual psychotherapy sessions, you can explore your dreams and benefit from them to solve personal or relational problems.
Dreams give you access to new behavioral patterns, but also show you, what stops your development. Dreams can also help you understand your physical symptoms and diseases.
They can help you to improve the quality of your life and point out, in what direction your personal development is heading.
If you are interested in your dreams, you are welcome to come to my office or work on them online.
WORKING WITH PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS
WHAT DO PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS WANT TO SAY
"I have been sick for years. Process Work helped me understand what was missing in my life. "
If you fall ill, you know the value of health. Even small physical symptoms can limit your everyday life painfully.
Usually you have other plans than to fall ill. When diseases or physical symptoms disturb your life, suddenly everything may look different. Maybe you try everything to get rid of the disease. You have a rest, you see the doctor, you try alternative medicine, etc. All this is justified and important. However, psychotherapy has a different purpose.
When we work on a symptom or disease, our goal is not to get rid of the symptom, but to get to know it better. All information, including information contained in a symptom, wants to be received. By raising your consciousness around your symptom or disease you can change it into a valuable indication for yourself and your personal development.
Maybe you are suffering from physical symptoms, such as painful muscle tension, hearing or eye problems, headaches or heartaches. Perhaps you experience pain from an unknown source or strange sensations in your body. Maybe you are struggling with long-term diseases. Such as asthma, allergies or other chronic diseases. Perhaps you suffer from a life-threatening disease.
If you are interested in your physical symptoms and diseases and want to learn more about yourself and your body, I invite you to benefit from psychotherapy sessions.
WORKING WITH UNUSUAL, SPIRITUAL AND PEAK EXPERIENCES
Maybe you happened to have experiences outside the scope of everyday normality.
Maybe you sometimes feel, know or see things that other people do not perceive.
Maybe you have witnessed strange situations or sensed that another person is in danger or dying. Maybe you had deep spiritual encounters or near death experiences. Such psychic experiences that go beyond what we call "normal” may give rise to many questions, doubts and anxieties. They are often difficult to integrate into our everyday life.
If you have extraordinary experiences that fascinate or worry you, it can be helpful to work with them.
Process Work sessions can help you to cope with such experiences and to understand them better. You can discover the meaning they carry for you and how you can benefit from them in your everyday life.
During our sessions you can talk about your experiences,In a safe and confidential atmosphere. You will deepen your contact with your psychic experiences and learn, how to integrate them, so that they become a valuable and enriching part of your life.
